神クージーについて

日本に12年以上暮らし、47都道府県すべてを旅したドクター・ウェインは、旅先である“ちょっとした違和感”に気づきました。どこに行っても、季節限定やご当地スイーツ、神社仏閣のおみやげは豊富にあるのに、「缶を冷やすシンプルなクージー」がほとんど見当たらないのです。そして、2024年の猛暑のなか、ふと思いました。「日本にもクージーが必要だ」

それも、ただのクージーではありません。人と人をつなぎ、笑顔を生み、日本の魅力的な場所を楽しく記念できる、そんなアイテムを。

こうして2025年、神クージーは誕生しました。小さくても、想いのこもった強いプロジェクトです。実用的で、軽くて、心を動かす、そんな“新しいおみやげ”をお届けします。

「神」という言葉には、日本では「神様」や「精霊」という意味があります。自然、道具、トイレまで、あらゆるものに神が宿ると言われる日本。今や、あなたのドリンクにも神が宿ります。

神クージーは、ネオプレン素材を使い、ひとつひとつ丁寧に手作業で仕上げています。旅先でも日常でも使いやすく、あなたの缶をしっかり守ります。四国遍路を歩いている時も、新幹線で移動中でも、友達と乾杯するときでも、あなたのそばには神クージーがいます。

私たちは、九州を拠点とする家族経営のブランドです。小さなアイデアが、大きなつながりを生むと信じています。おみやげはただのモノではなく、思い出を語り、旅を思い出させ、人と人をつなぐ存在であってほしい。そんな想いを込めて、ひとつずつ作っています。

After spending over 12 years in Japan and visiting all 47 prefectures, Dr. Wayne kept noticing something strangely missing from the souvenir shelves: a simple can koozie. Japan has omiyage for every season, shrine, and snack imaginable—but almost nothing to keep your drink cold under the blazing summer sun.

In the sweltering heat of 2024, it hit us: Japan needs koozies. And not just any koozies—ones that bring people together, spark a smile, and celebrate the places that make this country unforgettable.

So in 2025, we launched Kami Koozie. It's our small but strong effort to offer something better: a souvenir that’s useful, light, and full of spirit. In Japanese, kami (神) means god or spirit, and in this land of deep traditions and constant change, there’s a kami for just about everything. Now, there’s one for your drink too.

Each of our koozies is hand-pressed in small batches, made with neoprene, and designed to go wherever your travels take you. Whether you're walking the ancient Shikoku Henro, catching the last train out of Tokyo, or just enjoying a cold one with friends, Kami Koozie has your back.

We’re a family-run brand from southern Japan, built on the belief that even small ideas can lead to big connections. We believe souvenirs should be more than just trinkets; they should tell stories, create memories, and bring people together. Like democracy, it starts small and grows stronger with time.
